This intermediate class is for repeat LTLS participants who will attend the techniques class on Sundays and attend ZOOM practices outside of class to practice their skills. It is recommended that participants attend at least two practices per week in addition to the Sunday class. Tuesday/Thursday evening and Saturday morning practices are recommended for LTLS PLUS participants. A ZOOM full membership is included in the cost of this class.

This class runs January 5 - February 23, 2025.

All participants will receive a cap and goggles as part of the cost of this class.
