Skills covered in LTLS include stroke development for front crawl, proper breathing techniques, efficient arm rotation, and better body alignment. Instructor/Coaches will go over best practices for group swimming, lane etiquette, swim jargon, and how to follow a written workout. This option is available to new and returning participants.
Recommended LTLS+ practices are MWF noon, TR evenings, and Sunday mornings. Check our practice schedule for more information on times.
