This beginner-level program is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is not yet able to swim with their face in the water or float unassisted in deep water.

Date: December 1 - December 19 (Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursday over 3 weeks)
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Location: Kalamazoo College Natatorium

Cost: $75
All participants will receive a cap and goggles as part of the cost of this class.

Requirement for participants repeating ALTS: All repeat ALTS participants are required to have an annual USMS membership to be a part of this class. This is for insurance reasons.
